Dr. Leon Herszon

Dr. Leon Herszon
Dr. Leon Herszon, MSc, PhD, PMP, CSM, CSPO, DASSM. Dr. Herszon is a highly accomplished, versatile, and respected executive with over 30 years of extensive achievements within diverse environments utilizing exemplary management, analytical, organizational, and people skills. He has experience leading teams to improve performance and manage business transformation focused on agility, transparency, teamwork, experimentation, and innovation. Dr. Herszon’s doctoral research explored factors that contribute to project complexity and proposed a model to manage complexity.
Dr. Herszon performed roles as executive and managing director, Chief Agility Officer, entrepreneur, portfolio, program and project director, business transformation leader, corporate educator, and is currently the Head of IIL’s global consulting practice. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the prestigious Rutgers Business School. Dr. Herszon can communicate in English, French, Portuguese, German, and Spanish, and is also a several times Ironman triathlon finisher.
Dr. Harold Kerzner

Dr. Harold Kerzner
Dr. Harold Kerzner, M.S., Ph.D., Engineering and M.B.A is a Strategic Advisor for IIL Consulting and Senior Executive Director for Project Management for the International Institute for Learning. Dr. Kerzner’s expertise is in the areas of project management and strategic planning. Dr. Kerzner has provided training and consulting services for hundreds of companies in Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, The Middle East, and Canada.
Dr. Kerzner has previously taught project management and business administration at Baldwin-Wallace University, engineering at the University of Illinois and business administration at Utah State University. The Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the International Institute for Learning have initiated the Kerzner International Project Manager of the Year Award presented annually to one project manager from anywhere in the world. He has published or presented numerous project management papers and business papers, including keynote speeches at the PMI Global Congress and PMI Chapters world-wide, and has published more than 60 texts.
Dr. Ed Hoffman

Dr. Ed Hoffman
Dr. Ed Hoffman, Ph.D. Dr. Hoffman is CEO, Knowledge Strategies, LLC. He is engaged in research, education, and consulting services in support of organization performance. His clients for presentations and workshops have included NASA, Amazon, Microsoft, Hitachi, Boeing, Citi, Salesforce, John Deere, the UK Ministry of Defense, and numerous others. Dr. Hoffman retired from NASA as a Senior Executive. He was the first NASA Chief Knowledge Officer, and founder of the NASA Project Leadership Academy. Following the Columbia Shuttle failure, he led the team that designed the Strategic Management and Governance Handbook. He received the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal in 2010.
Dr. Hoffman is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies researching and teaching on the future of work. He is also a Strategic Advisor for IIL Consulting and other organizations. Dr. Hoffman has co-authored The Smart Mission: NASA’s Lessons for Managing Knowledge, People, and Projects (MIT Press, 2022) which received Axiom award recognition for Business Intelligence and Innovation book. Dr. Hoffman consults to organizations on ‘The Smart Mission’ leadership canvas for sustained team performance, as well as strategies for navigating for the future of work His other books include Shared Voyage: Learning and Unlearning from Remarkable Projects (NASA, 2005) and Project Management Success Stories: Lessons of Project Leaders (Wiley, 2000).

Cyndi Dionisio
Cyndi Dionisio, MBA, PMP, PMI-RMP, CSM. Ms. Dionisio has over 25 years leading international project teams, assessing project management maturity, and developing project professionals. She has worked in academia as well as the private and public sectors. Ms. Dionisio is a sought-after speaker and has presented at PMI Global Conferences and International Project Management Day. Her current focus is on helping organizations transition to hybrid project management practices and exploring how AI can transform the practice of project management.
Ms. Dionisio is a PMI Fellow and was awarded the Distinguished Contribution Award from the Project Management Institute. She is globally recognized for her work in project management standards including leading the update for three Editions of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and representing the United States as a contributor to ISO Standards. She has published over a dozen project management books, most recently Hybrid Project Management.
Dr. Mario Arlt

Dr. Mario Arlt
Dr. Mario Arlt, PMP, PhD, is an experienced project management & change leader, lecturer and executive coach. Dr. Arlt led ABB’s Project Management efforts for six years with responsibility for governance, assessments and qualification. Dr. Arlt recently led a 5-year global digital transformation effort for the project businesses of ABB Industrial Automation. Previously, Dr. Arlt served Korn Ferry (ESI International) as VP Client Engagements North America and Head of ESI Consulting, ran a Project Management Center of Excellence at SIEMENS USA and worked for PwC and KPMG Management Consulting. Dr. Arlt started his career at Ciba-Geigy, in Basel Switzerland.
Dr. Arlt holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Universität Konstanz, Germany, and a Doctorate in Project Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Arlt has held teaching and research positions with the Université de Fribourg, the University of Wisconsin, University College London and the Technical University of Denmark.

Dr. Al Zeitoun, PMP, PhD. As a PMI Fellow, Dr. Zeitoun’s career centers on advisory work, scaling program and project management competencies, driving strategic change, innovation initiatives, and execution excellence across industries. He focuses on implementing configurable program and project management principles that directly influence practitioners and leaders across the globe.
He enjoys contributing to future thought leadership topics; co-author of the future of organizational excellence textbook: Project Management Next Generation: The Pillars for Organizational Excellence, author of the upcoming book on Program Management, and contributor to multiple publications such as the consistent articles in the Project Management World Journal. Dr. Zeitoun enjoys delivering keynotes, speaking on various leadership, innovation cultures, and organizational excellence related topics.

Ms. Loewen is an Executive Vice President of Global Solutions, Head of the IIL sales team worldwide, and Regional Director for Consulting Americas. She is based at IIL's Headquarters in New York and has been with IIL for more than 25 years managing client relationships and engagements for key global clients. Ms. Loewen has worked with both small, privately held, and large multi-national corporations in a variety of industries including financial services, information technology, manufacturing, and professional services.
Ms. Loewen has experience in marketing, business development, resource management, and program activities for named accounts across time zones and cultures in a complex matrix structure. She blends her broad business experience with her ability to listen to and understand the critical issues and business objectives her clients are focused on. The result is the development of effective solutions that complement and enhance an organization’s existing improvement initiatives.

Clients and industries that she has worked with including the most successful high technology, telecommunications, statutory boards, prestigious financial and banking, educational and research institutions.
Ms. Chee understands the requirements in quality deliveries of all vital training and consultancy engagements and she is great with managing teams of high-profile consultants/ trainers/ facilitators to assist clients in achieving excellence. She helps clients transform and focuses on deploying core competencies development. Most recent areas including leadership, agile, scrum, digital skills and digital transformation where new topics/ domain areas incepted based on clients' requirements, developed and delivered with huge success.
Ms. Chee has vast experiences working across Asia Pacific and has assisted with business expansion into China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Australia with full P&L responsibility. As the Vice President for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region at the International Institute for Learning, she excels in complex requirements gathering and analysis of organizational challenges faced by our customers.
Ms. Sabine’s expertise extends to strategic and executive roles at Management Concepts, The Cambridge Institute, and The World Bank, where she led managed pivotal international strategic development projects. Her passion lies in leveraging her experience to drive innovative solutions and business growth. She brings a strong dedication to compassionate and servant leadership to her work at IIL.

Dr. Elissa Farrow is a futurist, facilitator, coach and lead consultant with extensive experience in strategic organizational adaptation design and delivery. Dr. Farrow has supported organizations to define positive futures and then successfully transform to bring lasting benefits. She has proven adaptative capacity and can successfully transfer her skills to different contexts and industries including transport, education, resources, finance, government, construction, technology, legal and community services.
Dr. Farrow is an experienced board director, have held global leadership positions with the Change Management Institute as well as past chair of DVConnect a service preventing Domestic and Family Violence in Australia. She is considered a thought leader in her field. Dr. Farrow has contributed to international methods and standards for both program management, P3M3 and Change Management Maturity. She is a published author of many white papers, blogs and academic articles.
Elissa has won a national award for Contribution to Women in Project Management through Project Management Institute and for her research with the Association of Professional Futurists. Elissa's doctoral research explored the area of organisational adaptation to the evolving field of artificial intelligence using future’s methodologies. For fun Elissa is a volunteer surf life saver on beautiful Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) off the coast of Brisbane, Australia and is a trained improviser.

He also has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, team development, project and product management, organizational design. Proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical issues, identify deficiencies and opportunities and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and effectiveness.
